I used PropertyPricer to obtain a valuation for a property I ended up purchasing in Sydney in 2021. I found the free tools available online very unreliable and the price estimates had a price estimate range difference of over $250k with low confidence. I had zero confidence in those free valuations. The PropertyPricer valuation gave me a specific figure within $30k of my eventual purchase price in what was a hot real estate market at the time.
