Property Pricer is a very new and different way of valuing residential properties. Using our mathematics and statistics based system we assess all residential properties including those difficult, complex and unique properties, providing you with a valuation report when most others can’t. We value houses, units/apartments, units in accommodation complexes (e.g. in Mantra and Quest) hobby farms and blocks of land (vacant, bush and redevelopment blocks), but not commercial properties.
