Property Pricer can assess all residential properties even those ‘out of the box’ difficult, complex, and unique properties providing you with a report when most others cannot. Our system assesses over 55 property attributes ensuring all of a properties specific features are taken into account. Specifics like the size of the building in metres square , the style and condition of the external & interior of the property, even details about renovations, views , aspect and proximity to things like beaches, parks and cafes. Our valuations are totally customisable to each property as they are assessed on all their individual and distinctive features. This allows us to produce valuations regardless of a properties uniqueness, complexity, or lack of comparative sales data.
How Are We Different?
We have pioneered a new calculation method using an advanced maths based system that goes beyond mere comparisons.
Using our unique points measurement system it is the first tool capable of creating a standard or benchmark from which all properties can be measured against and then valued. This process involves inputting property specific data,locality and market conditions. Our sophisticated tool gives the property a property ranking level based on the number of points it scored,and a suburb value level based on its location. When combined it generates a precise monetary value.

Do you provide property comparisons in your reports that comply with ATO regulations?
Yes we supply three comparison properties with a brief comment on how the properties compare to the subject property.
How long will it take to get my report?
Often we can get the report to you within 24hrs, at the most 3 business days.
Do you incorporate renovations into your valuations?
Yes, we measure and calculate into our valuations any renovations and updates that will impact on the value of the property, for example, kitchen/bathroom, new floors, updated appliances, landscaping etc.
Do you provide valuations for those 'out of the box' properties that computer generated systems cannot value?
Yes we get a lot of these properties and we can value them on their own merit by including all of their distinctive features into our calculation.
Can you value apartments/units which are part of a hotel/resort complex?
Yes we also get lots of these properties and as above we can value them taking into account the special ownership situation as distinct from normal residential properties.
Can you value a property on a rural block?
Yes if its not a working farm.
