Accurate measurement is common practice in many aspects of our lives yet when it comes to property almost nothing is measured except the size of the block of land.

The size (in square metres) and condition of the building, whether the kitchen or bathroom(s) have been renovated and when, and the type and extent of the view… none of these important features are considered when determining a property’s value.
